Scheduled Maintenance Report for MAIA

Postmortem

The first phase of our infrastructure migration has been completed successfully and MAIA is fully accessible again. A few data migrations and backup tasks continue to run in the background. These are non-blocking and do not affect availability or user-facing performance.

To complete the migration, we are concluding tonight's maintenance window and have scheduled a follow-up window for Saturday, 9 May 2026.

Update

Maintenance will begin as scheduled in approximately 40 minutes. We initially expect slightly degraded performance with MAIA still usable. Around 1 to 1.5 hours into the migration, MAIA may become temporarily unreachable as we transition to the new infrastructure. We will continue to post updates here throughout the maintenance.

We are migrating MAIA to a new server infrastructure to support our growing customer base and to ensure continued performance as we roll out upcoming features.

Scheduled window: Friday, 8 May 2026, 19:00 - 24:00 CEST (17:00 - 22:00 UTC)

During this window, MAIA may be temporarily unavailable or respond more slowly than usual. We have intentionally scheduled the migration outside of regular business hours to minimize impact on your work. No action is required on your side.

We will post updates here throughout the maintenance and confirm once the migration is complete.
